Abstract
A conformal nanocrystalline recombination layer deposited on industrially textured silicon enables monolithic tandem devices with reduced optical losses. Certified power conversion efficiency reached 31.2% on a 1 cm2 aperture, with 94% of initial performance retained after 1,000 hours of damp-heat testing.
